Square One seeks out long-overlooked red districts and states, identifies compelling and diverse candidates, and creates the infrastructure needed for them to win. Ushering in a new generation of political leadership is a long-term project, so we take risks and invest in places that may take more than one election cycle to flip blue.
For far too long, women, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community have been underestimated and excluded from the halls of power.
